2. Program Structure and Content
Description
Each program offered by RLS Consulting, LLC includes a combination of online courses, community access, and consulting support. Details of specific programs, including content and learning objectives, can be found on the offer page for the respective program.
Access
Participants have access to program materials for as long as their subscription is active. Courses and materials are accessed on-demand through Kajabi.com. Any free course offers will remain accessible even if the subscription is canceled.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through Kajabi, which offers various payment options. For group packages, ACH and credit card payments through another payment system are accepted.
Payment Plans
Subscriptions are month-to-month by default and can be canceled at any time. Cancellations are not pro-rated; access will end after the last paid term is completed. Annual subscriptions are also available with full payment for the year, typically offered at a discounted rate, and are subject to the same cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds. All sales are final.
4. Access and Usage
Access Duration
Participants will have access to program materials as long as their subscription is active.
Material Usage
Course materials are accessible online through Kajabi, with some resources available for download. Templates can be edited, modified, or rebranded for personal use. All other content belongs to RLS Consulting, LLC and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.
5. Privacy Policy

Information Collected
We collect personal information including name, email address, phone number, or company details (name, website, phone number, size, or address).

This information is stored and protected using systems such as Kajabi.com and Hubspot.com. We use multi-factor authentication (MFA) and limit access privileges to protect this data.
6. Code of Conduct
Interactive Elements
Our programs include forums, live sessions, and other interactive elements typically held within the online community or similar virtual environment.
Expected Behavior
Participants are expected to maintain appropriate business conduct, avoid harassment of any kind, and refrain from soliciting in unapproved areas of the community.
Violations
Violations of the code of conduct will result in immediate cancellation of the subscription without a refund for the remaining part of the term.
7. Disclaimer
RLS Consulting, LLC cannot guarantee compliance with any specific requirements (e.g., data security) or full protection against cyber attacks or data breaches. Participants are responsible for implementing and executing recommendations and should seek additional services from Managed Services Providers or Managed Security Services Providers as needed.
8. Consulting Engagements
Structure and Scope
Consulting services may be provided via email, recorded video messages, or virtual meetings, subject to availability.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Scheduling will be managed through an online calendar service, with links available in the community. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. Last-minute cancellations may be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis. If not reasonable, private appointments may be suspended for a month, but access to pre-scheduled group events will remain.
Duration
Standard virtual meetings are 15 minutes, with longer meetings available upon pre-arrangement and subject to availability.

10. Term Length and Renewal
Subscription Term
