Here's how to get the most out of your services

There are three easy ways to get help and access your content

  1. Book time with us for a 1-on-1 call or request a video response if you're too busy to join live
  2. Courses include a wealth of content and resources you can explore on-demand
  3. You will have access to Events, Forums, and Tips in the Community

1. Booking Time with Us

In your Library, you will find two options in your list of products (they usually will appear below your courses): 

  • Cyber Risk Analysis - Live Session
  • Cyber Risk Analysis - Recorded Video Response 

These are set for 15 minute blocks where you can grab us to talk through whatever questions you have.

To get help prospecting, use this to request a Cyber Risk Analysis for one of your upcoming opportunities. We will highlight our findings related to your client's risk and record a client-ready video you can either for your own reference or send to them.

The key difference is whether you want to be there during that time. If you're too busy, use the Recorded Video Response and we'll use that time to work on your question and respond back.

2. Courses and Resources

Also in your Library, you will find a couple Courses: 

  • Simplifying Cyber Risk - Course
  • Selling for Cyber Risk - Course

Courses have a Start Here module that will help you get familiar with the way our courses are structured.

You will find resources throughout courses related to the content covered.

Recorded workshops and resources from those events can also be found in your course under the respective Workshops module.

Book time, email us, or post questions in the Community forums if you want help looking for anything in particular or even if you're just not sure what you need - we're here to help you!

3. Community Tools

Your Library also includes a link to the RLS Consulting Community: 

  • Cyber Seller Syndicate - Seller Community

Go here and click on Events at the top of the community page to review and register for upcoming events.

The various "Circles" on the left side of the community have a variety of forums and news feeds where we share tips, resources, and can chat through questions.

If you think the answer to your question can benefit others, we'd love to have you ask it in these forums so others can learn.

However, we recommend saving private or sensitive questions for a 1-on-1 session, but these are great places to get general help and tips.
